TWO Services is thrilled to announce Kay Wiskin's promotion to Regional Sales Director. Having been a cornerstone of our company for 17 years, Kay has shown dedication, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With nine years of sales experience under her belt, she is poised to lead our team into a new era of growth and client success.

In a recent conversation, Kay shared her thoughts on this exciting new chapter and reflected on her journey with TWO Services.

Congratulations, Kay! How are you feeling about stepping into your new role as Regional Sales Director?

I’m feeling really excited! It’s a new challenge, and while the title initially felt a bit intimidating, I’m eager to embrace it. I’m looking forward to setting new goals and making strides in the coming year.

You’ve worked in so many roles at TWO Services over the years. What’s been the most rewarding part of your journey so far?

One of the most rewarding moments was my promotion to Sales Manager. Transitioning from an office-based role to working on the road was daunting at first, but it was a turning point. I discovered I had a knack for sales, and seeing my efforts translate into results was incredibly satisfying.

What are you most looking forward to in this new chapter?

I’m excited about building stronger relationships with Operations Managers overseeing multiple sites. Having consistent, meaningful contact with these key people will help deepen our partnerships and drive success.

In your experience, why do clients keep coming back to TWO?

Clients often tell us they appreciate our professionalism and the positive energy of our team. Whether interacting with our office staff or meeting us on-site, they sense the supportive and collaborative spirit that defines TWO Services.

You’ve been part of the TWO family for 17 years. What do you love most about being part of the team?

The people make it special. Everyone here genuinely cares about each other, and it creates a welcoming environment. It’s a place where work doesn’t feel like work.

Do you have a favourite memory or milestone from your time at TWO so far?

I have so many wonderful memories! One that always stands out is my very first interview with the late Alan Osborn at the TWO office. He was so funny and witty; he immediately put me at ease as I applied for the receptionist role.

Another fond memory is the time Alan took me out for lunch at The Langham to recognise my hard work. We enjoyed a beautiful three-course Christmas meal and had such an engaging afternoon filled with interesting conversations. We even left with a homemade Christmas pudding that weighed a tonne!

One of the most fun memories was when a large group of us attended an ACE event in 2018, which included a river cruise along the Thames. It was a networking event, but we had such a great time together as a team—it was truly unforgettable.

From client experiences, one that stands out is a visit to Rolls Royce in Portsmouth. While there to quote for a service, I was given an exclusive look at the production line where bespoke cars were being completed. It was a privilege, as only the car owners typically get to see this process. While I didn’t leave with a Rolls Royce, the experience left a lasting impression!

What’s one of the most interesting or unique projects you’ve worked on recently?

Most recently, I had the opportunity to work on quoting all the racecourses for the Jockey Club. It was fascinating to step into that world and learn about the intricacies of the racing industry. I used to think races were just straightforward tracks, but there’s so much more—different types of races, courses, and unique challenges. It was an exciting project for our team.

What’s something you’re excited about for the future of TWO Services?

I’m eager to see how we continue to grow. There are always new opportunities with contract caterers and facilities, and I can’t wait to welcome more clients into the fold.

Can you tell us a bit about TWO's CSR strategy and why it’s so important?

CSR is integral to who we are. We’re committed to giving back, whether it’s supporting local charities like St. Luke’s Hospice or helping schools and other good causes. It’s about making a difference where we can and helping our community thrive.

What do you think is next for TWO as the company continues to expand?

Expanding our teams! As we grow, we’ll need more staff across all areas, from cleaning crews to office personnel. It’s an exciting time to be part of the journey.
