Barry Osborn

Managing Director

After a short stint working in the motoring industry, Barry joined the business in 1989. He headed up a cleaning team for around 10 years and progressively worked his way up through management to his current role. Being part of a family business is a big positive for Barry and he’s really proud of the people he works with. When he’s not in the office, Barry enjoys spending time with his family and watching his team, West Ham. He also enjoys fishing and cooking.

Sammy Donker

Operations Director

Originally hailing from Ghana, Sammy is one of TWO’s longest-serving members of staff. He joined us back in the late 1980s as a cleaner and now, more than 35 years later, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our London office. Sammy facilitates growth by working to improve our team’s efficiency and performance. He also leads candidate interviews and training and conducts onsite health and safety visits.

Carl Twaites

Engineer & Field Manager

Carl joined TWO as an engineer 14 years ago, before being promoted to Field Service Manager. He spends the majority of his time out on the road, meeting clients, and that’s how he likes it. He looks after our team of engineers and works with them to give the clients the support they need, solving those tricky technical problems along the way. In his spare time, Carl enjoys fishing and doing DIY.

Margarita Dickson

Director, North Division

Margarita joined TWO Services in 2007 and, after moving north in 2009, she established our Northern Division. She is now responsible for our operations in the North of England, Wales and – more recently – Scotland. The role involves management of accounts for major clients, along with asset management and logistics, training and development, health and safety, performance management and estimating and budgeting. Responsible for staff across multiple sites, Margarita excels at influencing and winning commitment at all levels. An accomplished pianist, she enjoys music, interior design, audiobooks and travel.

Jon Osborn

Finance Director

With a genuine love of numbers and watching the business grow, Jon is a natural fit for the role of FD. He joined the family business nearly 30 years ago, but it’s been a part of his life way before that. Jon used to help his dad (Alan) with invoices at home on his Amstrad computer and would sometimes roll his sleeves up to help clean when they needed help. When he’s not balancing the books, he’s been known to play golf and he’s not bad at badminton either.

Oliver Smith

National Sales Director

With 8 years of experience in catering and hospitality management, Oliver has worked closely with many of the top hospitality companies and professionals across the industry. He loves the people he meets along the way and believes they make the industry what it is. He looks after our existing customers and identifies any new business opportunities. And when he’s not doing that, he likes to spend his time on the golf course.

Kay Wiskin

Regional Sales Director

Having been with our company for more than 17 years – and spent 9 of those in our sales department – Kay recently transitioned into her role as Regional Sales Director. Kay supports our National Sales Director in building customer relationships, sourcing new opportunities, and, of course, looking after our sales staff to ensure they have everything they need to do their best work. Kay enjoys walking her dogs and going to the gym. She’s also learning to play golf!

Samantha Roff

Service Manager

Samantha has worked in the service industry for over 15 years, joining us as a Service Co-ordinator in 2009. Building up extensive knowledge of catering equipment supply and maintenance, she was promoted to Service Manager. Currently she manages our maintenance contracts, providing customers with maintenance service quotations and contract packs (including generic risk assessments and method statements).  She is also responsible for ordering and invoicing for new equipment. In her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with her children and family.
